Internationally
acclaimed concert pianist Gloria Saarinen is a soloist, chamber
musician, impresario, television host and recording artist. Her
exceptional skill at the piano stems from a natural gift honed to
perfection through her earlier studies in London, Vienna, Munich,
Siena and Geneva with such distinguished teachers as Frederic Jackson,
Friedrich Wuehrer, Richard Hauser, Alfred Cortot, Guido Agosti and
Abbey Simon. Throughout her career she has been a consistent winner
of competitions and awards, including the coveted Harriet Cohen
Commonwealth award for Artistic Excellence. She was recently awarded
an Associateship of the Royal academy of Music, London, England
in recognition of her on going contributions to the world of music
and her history of charming audiences worldwide. Ms. Saarinen has
triumphed on the world stage, appearing in 40 countries on most
